disgraceful service

admin service are completely incompetent, book appointments, cancel appointments, call you on the day to ask you to attend an appointment they have cancelled, no one answers the telephone, when they do its an answer service that states off long term sick, do not leave a message. try to call and be told management have not decided who is covering, this is neurology, so 'fairly' important, and causes untold stress
