Walsall A&E report report 2017

Report - 10 November 2017

In light of the fact that people were either waiting to be seen or part way through their journey of having their issues diagnosed we used a semi-structured interview technique with a set of questions to help the interviewer talk to the patients and their families.

A total of 84 interviews were completed. As numbers of responses per question varied, the percentage representation provided in this report will be based on a per-question approach. Findings of the interviews are presented with a ‘word cloud’ showing all responses, along with the percentage representation as well as the actual number of responses (presented by the ‘n’ value). Quotes from the interviews are reflected in blue boxes in the text.
