a fall by my 89 year old mother. First call was made at approximately 11.20 pm on 7th July 2021. At 3 am we are still waiting. My mother is crying with pain and has been on the floor for 4 hours. I have called twice to check but can’t help feeling that she is not a priority. Very hard to deal with
